- 5 years of experience in mechanical and rotating equipment repair and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in multiple craft skills including pipefitting, welding, machining, and rigging.
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to measure tolerances.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of gear geometry, measurement, and nomenclature.
- Ability to perform dynamic balancing of rotors and rotating elements.
- Experience in seating brushes on DC motors.
