About the Role
About You
- Associates degree in electronics field or equivalent military training required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an electro-mechanical or electronic test environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot from schematics.
- Proficient in the use of test, inspection, and calibration equipment.
- Demonstrated hands-on manufacturing/shop floor experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of production fabrication and assembly.
- Solid knowledge of machining principles and methods.
- Proven ability to initiate and execute change into mature processes.
- Deep firsthand knowledge of manufacturing operations and troubleshooting skills.
