About the Role
As an Assembly Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining workflow by monitoring the assembly process, scheduling and assigning personnel, enforcing quality standards, coaching employees, and ensuring a safe work environment. You will also resolve issues, support safety initiatives, and assist with various projects as assigned by the Production Manager.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Technical background in manufacturing or assembly facility.
- Proficient computer skills with ERP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to tolerate long periods of standing.
Preferred:
- Hands-on approach to accomplishing work.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and be date driven.
