- Ability to read machine drawings/blueprints.
- Excellent safety practices and mindset.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous machine assembly experience.
- Desire and ability to produce quality products.
- Willingness to travel 25% for service.
