About the Role
As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include developing new skills, coaching team members, analyzing complex ideas, using data to inform decisions, and managing various viewpoints to create positive outcomes. You will also work with renewable energy companies to develop innovative tax solutions and navigate the complexities of the tax environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax or related fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.
Preferred:
- Experience with complicated partnership structures.
- Knowledge of tax matters relevant to the renewable energy industry, such as tax credits and fixed asset depreciation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation & digitization in a professional services environment.
