About the Role
As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include developing new skills, coaching team members, analyzing complex ideas, using data to inform decisions, and managing diverse viewpoints to create positive outcomes. You will also work with large renewable energy companies to implement innovative tax solutions and navigate the complexities of the tax environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax or related fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.
Preferred:
- Experience with complicated partnership structures.
- Familiarity with tax matters relevant to the renewable energy industry, such as tax credits and fixed asset depreciation.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
