Your role will also involve coaching teams, overseeing project planning and execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in tax, technology, or finance-related fields
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant credentials
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge in compliance and consulting
- Experience in identifying and addressing client needs
- Ability to communicate a broad range of Firm services
- Experience working with large, complex data sets
- Familiarity with digitization tools to enhance efficiency
