About the Role
As an Executive Director in Asset Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of the product roadmap for defined contribution markets and model portfolios. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, act as a subject matter expert, and represent the product roadmap at industry events. Additionally, you will assess emerging trends and provide competitive insights to guide product strategy.
About You
Required:
- 10-12 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related role within the financial services industry, focusing on defined contribution plans and model portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the Defined Contribution and Model Portfolios markets, investment products, and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred:
- CFA designation is a plus.
- Strong experience in the retirement space is a plus.
