About You
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 2-3+ years of mortgage or other default experience with a background in loss mitigation solutions, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Lending and Fair Housing Acts.
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae investor guidelines for servicing past due loans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in Black Knight (MSP) and FIS systems.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
