MRM is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join their team in Birmingham, MI. The role involves supporting the Account Team in directing and coordinating assigned projects.
About the Role
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will provide daily support to the Account Team, including updating status reports, providing analytics input, trafficking digital assets, and handling assigned work requests efficiently. You will maintain communication with agency and client personnel to ensure timely execution of projects and coordinate individual projects effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent business experience.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great listening skills.
- Can deliver clear, concise and accurate messages to others through written and verbal means.
Preferred:
- Establishes priorities and objectives; makes realistic/workable commitments.
- Balances the needs of the client with the agency on assigned projects.
- Heads off potential conflicts and problems before they materialize.
- Can work independently and take assignments readily.
- Offers unsolicited suggestions and ideas.
- Anticipates problems before they surface.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (short lead time).
