About the Role

You will also coordinate with outside counsel and review transportation-related legislation.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including experience in state and federal courts.
- Admitted to the Virginia State Bar.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with state or federal procurement law, including negotiating and drafting contracts and grants.
- Experience in general litigation and regulatory appeals.
