- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved nursing or medical assistant course.
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.
- CMA certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire date.
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats.
- Computer literacy and ability to maintain certification.
