About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years practical teaching experience working in Child Care, preferably Early Learning.
- Minimum of one-year supervision experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of state licensing accreditation requirements and financial management concepts.
- Experience with curriculum implementation and classroom management.
- Knowledge of modern theories in early years education.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
