About the Role
As an Assistant Client Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for processing new project submissions, collaborating with the Communications Center of Excellence (COE) team, educating client service teams, conducting quality assurance, tracking project statuses, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will need to demonstrate excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills while fostering relationships within the team.
About You
Required:
- Desire, initiative, and flexibility to handle multiple requests at once while working independently.
- Solid understanding of MS Office is a must; InDesign and photo-editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Strict attention to detail.
Preferred:
- BS/BA or comparable work experience preferred.
- Spanish reading, writing and speaking ability is a plus.
