As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will report to the Clinical Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will manage staff schedules, provide mentorship, and coordinate continuing education for clinical staff. Additionally, you will monitor patient care delivery, implement evidence-based practices, and serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative leadership.
