Investment Property Group (IPG) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Waterford Apartments, a 200-unit apartment community in Everett, WA. The role involves supporting operations, leasing activities, and resident relations.
About the Role
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will assist with leasing activities, manage resident relations, oversee rent collection, and ensure compliance with property policies. You will also conduct property inspections, respond to resident concerns, and support the Community Manager in achieving property performance goals.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years' experience as an assistant manager at a multifamily community of 100+ units.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate with team members.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Yardi and CRM.
