About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Infor XA, OneStream, Blackline) and intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
