About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, etc.).
- Strong technical accounting ability, including GAAP, consolidations, and multi-entity reporting.
- Proven leadership ability with staff supervision experience.
- Experience within a PE-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive organization.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
- Effective communicator capable of working cross-functionally and presenting to leadership.
