- Graduates of an ABA approved law school.
- Admitted and in good standing with the NYS bar.
- At least one year of civil litigation experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Prior municipal tort litigation experience.
- Trial experience and experience working with law enforcement officers.
