About You
Required:
- 18+ years of age
- 3+ years of experience working in a Camp or Recreational Environment
- Desire and ability to work with people of all ages
- Thorough understanding of child and adolescent development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to motivate staff and customers
Preferred:
- Additional certifications (WFR, WFA, LGT, WSI, Ropes, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- High-energy and creativity with a strong grasp of the YMCA mission
