About the Role
As the Assistant Director, Behavior Support, Clinical Services, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral support activities, including assessments, development of behavior support plans, training staff, and ensuring quality service delivery. You will oversee behavioral strategies to assist individuals in achieving their personal outcomes as defined in their Individual Service Plans (ISP). This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to manage information professionally.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or social work, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Bachelor's degree in the same fields with Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Minimum of three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities or behavior support.
Preferred:
- Minimum of three years of successful middle-level to upper management supervisory experience.
- Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Support Plans.
