About the Role
About You
- A master's degree in a relevant field and two years of professional experience in human resources or a related area, including 18 months in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of City personnel rules, regulations, and policies.
- Five years of experience in civil service administration or employment processing and onboarding.
- Proficiency in citywide HR systems such as PMS, PRISE, LRS, NYCAPS, and CHRMS.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
