About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance. You will lead and mentor a team of nurses, support the development of care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume all responsibilities of that position.
About You
Required:
- Valid state RN nursing license
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or certification
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
