About the Role
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will supervise and coordinate the clinical unit, manage staff training and development, perform assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to implement care plans tailored to individual needs and monitor the delivery of care by staff.
About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire clinical teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- CPR certified.
Preferred:
- Experience in infection control responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
