As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services, conducting the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume responsibility for clinical operations and ensure compliance with physician's orders and regulatory standards.
