Assistant Director of Nursing RN

Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing RN to join their team in Bedford, TX. The role involves supporting and managing Nursing Services to ensure high-quality care for residents.

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services, ensuring compliance with physician orders and regulatory standards. You will supervise the Nursing Department, conduct assessments, and participate in management meetings to discuss resident care and staff practices. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume responsibility for clinical operations.
