As an Assistant Director Operations, you will be responsible for developing department goals, managing budgets, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also assist in developing policies to improve efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and coordinate communication between clinical and non-clinical services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of administrative and management experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
