About the Role
As the Assistant Director, School Nutrition Services, you will support the Director in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and building leadership capacity within the team. Your responsibilities will include program management, personnel management, training, policy development, and communication with various stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the School Nutrition Services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Institutional Management, Food and Nutrition, Business Management, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience in the food service, nutrition, or hospitality industry.
Preferred:
- Experience in school nutrition programs with at least three (3) years of direct leadership in a K-12 setting.
- Ability to evaluate and optimize school nutrition technology platforms.
