About the Role
As an Assistant Distribution Manager, you will support the Distribution Operations Manager, manage warehouse teams, oversee driver performance, and maintain operational KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. You will also handle customer interactions, resolve delivery issues, and support administrative functions including reporting and employee training. This hands-on role requires physical activity, including lifting and loading, and may involve acting as a backup driver.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse or fleet experience required.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of warehouse and/or fleet supervisory experience.
- 3 months professional experience driving a 24-foot box truck or larger commercial vehicle.
