About the Role
About You
- Juris Doctorate degree and admission to New York State Bar in Good Standing.
- 3+ years of experience conducting investigative and trial work.
- Significant experience in long-term investigations into organized criminal activity.
- Significant trial experience including serious criminal cases.
- Strong legal writing skills and excellent people skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Knowledge of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
