About the Role
As an Assistant District Attorney in the PCRA Unit, you will review records, evaluate claims, research legal issues, investigate claims, prepare written responses, handle evidentiary hearings, and present oral arguments in court. You will work closely with supervisors to determine the appropriate course of action for each case.
About You
Required:
Admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania.
At least 3 years of legal experience practicing law following graduation from an accredited law school.
Preferred:
Strong writing skills and/or courtroom litigation experience in trials or other evidentiary proceedings.
Experience with cases involving serious felonies.
