Summary
Fort Worth ISD is seeking an Assistant Foreperson HVAC to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves assisting the Foreperson with the leadership of maintenance and repair services for a variety of HVAC systems.
About the Role
As an Assistant Foreperson HVAC, you will coordinate work for HVAC personnel, oversee project completion, inspect HVAC equipment, manage inventory, and provide training for HVAC workers. You will also assist in developing departmental goals and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
About You
Required:
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.
- Valid State of Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor’s license, Class A with endorsements of Environmental Air conditioning and Commercial Refrigeration/process cooling and heating.
- EPA Universal certification for refrigerant.
- 6 years’ experience in HVAC.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree from accredited college or university in HVAC.
