As an Assistant General Manager, you will build and foster a purpose-driven team, drive financial success through KPI management, uphold service standards, maintain HR compliance, collaborate with doctors and support staff, and lead team performance and development.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience with 1-2 years serving in a management position (Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
- Experience driving business and sales operations in a complex, customer-facing, fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator, detail-oriented, and a strong leader.
Preferred:
- Upholds exceptional service standards and acts as a mentor.
- A servant leadership style with strong drive for results and business acumen.
- Willingness to learn about the industry and full scope optical office roles.
