About the Role

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for encouraging a sales team, developing sales specialists, and managing store operations. Your daily tasks will include resolving customer issues, setting sales goals, providing training and mentoring, analyzing staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with store merchandising standards. You will also lead the team in the absence of the General Manager and be accountable for achieving store targets.

About You

Required:

Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
High school diploma or GED.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

Experience in a retail or sales environment.
Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
