About the Role
As an Assistant Group Leader, you will assist the group leader with engaging activities, supervise participants, collect attendance data, distribute snacks, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. You will also collaborate with instructors and follow all relevant regulations.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate reliable and consistent work habits.
- Ability to work with youth and in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability during program hours (Monday - Friday, 2pm to 6pm).
Preferred:
- Commitment to work from a strength-based and/or youth development perspective.
