As the Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Center Director and lead on the donor floor, managing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for inventory management, team recruitment, and fostering a positive culture within the organization.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.
