About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will inspire and develop your team to enhance customer experiences and maximize sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards, managing inventory, mentoring staff, and supporting the Store Manager in various business aspects. You will also be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming store environment.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years retail apparel experience.
- Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with and/or managing inventory.
- Superior organization and time management skills.
- Team player with a fun attitude and ownership mentality.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
- Fashion/apparel industry experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS.
- Excellent fashion sense.
- Strong integrity and self-awareness.
