As the Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Center Director and lead on the donor floor, managing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for inventory management, team recruitment, and fostering a positive work culture in a high-growth environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
- Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Metrics-driven decision-making skills.
