About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will report to the Center Manager and be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, participating in team member selection and training, providing performance feedback, and working in various production roles on the donor floor.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid and current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Ability to work weekends and extended work periods.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
- Experience in a leadership role within a regulated environment.
