As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise practice employees, resolve customer service issues, monitor patient flow, and assist with sales and troubleshooting. You will also participate in hiring, training, and employee feedback, while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining store efficiency.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive optical experience.
- Experience with customer service and/or sales.
Preferred:
- ABO Certification.
- Management experience.
