About the Role
About You
- Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program.
- Maintain membership and privileges on Hospital’s medical staff and comply with the bylaws, rules, and regulations of the Hospital’s medical staff.
- Superior clinical skills to serve as a role model by setting high standards.
- Administrative experience and aptitude.
- Interest in interpreting complex financial data and understanding finance and accounting as they relate to practice management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate physicians and non-physicians.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building and process improvement skills.
