About the Role
As an Assistant Neighborhood Swim Coach, you will work independently with groups of children, provide skill instruction, and participate in local meets. You will be required to coach at both Buhr Park Pool and Veterans Memorial Pool, ensuring a positive and educational experience for the swim team members.
About You
Required:
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
- Must possess current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification by start of employment.
Preferred:
- Current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification.
Benefits
- Starting hourly rate of $17.35.
- Opportunity for Lifeguard certification reimbursement up to $200 upon working a minimum of 200 hours.
