About the Role
As the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of the Operating Room (OR), you will support the Nurse Manager in supervising RNs and nursing support staff, conduct patient assessments, initiate nursing care plans, and evaluate patient progress. You will also facilitate the development and implementation of nursing programs, assist in policy development, and participate in quality improvement projects. This position offers a great opportunity for leadership experience while ensuring the best patient support and treatment.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Two years of recent OR nursing experience
- Strong demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills
