About the Role
As the Assistant Operating Director, you will serve as the primary in-office partner to the Operating Director, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and client care quality. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new managers, conducting performance reviews, managing scheduling operations, and responding to client escalations. You will also assist with recruiting and maintaining documentation in compliance with policies and state requirements.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
- Experience in hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
