About the Role
As an Assistant Operating Director, you will serve as the primary in-office partner to the Operating Director, driving daily operations and maintaining a cohesive work environment. Your responsibilities will include leading and coaching staff, overseeing administrative workflows, managing client care quality, and responding to client escalations. You will also assist with recruiting and onboarding new staff, ensuring compliance with state requirements, and conducting performance reviews.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
- Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
- Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- High proficiency with technology, especially Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
