About the Role
As an Assistant Operating Director, you will serve as the primary in-office partner to the Operating Director, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and client care quality. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new managers, conducting performance reviews, managing administrative workflows, and responding to client escalations. You will also ensure compliance with state requirements and assist in recruiting and onboarding staff.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
- Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
- Leadership experience within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency with technology, especially Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
