Faurecia is seeking an Assistant Operations Controller to join their team in Franklin, OH. The role involves supporting the Operation controller in implementing plant controlling basics and managing the plant controlling teams.
About the Role
As an Assistant Operations Controller, you will ensure that plant controlling teams are informed and trained on controlling procedures, ensure compliance with finance-related procedures, standardize controlling processes, manage data consolidation and reporting, and contribute to internal and external audits.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business School with a Finance degree.
- 2 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Solid accounting knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of IT systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards and adherence to company codes.
