About You
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or daycare setting (1 year).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- U.S. work authorization, if applicable.
- FBI fingerprinting clearance.
- NSOR clearance.
- PA State Police clearance.
- PA child abuse clearance.
- Mandatory Reporter Training.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of child development milestones and ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
