About You
- Advance Medical Degree - MD or DO from an approved Medical School.
- Successful completion of a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology from an SUO Approved Fellowship Program.
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the State of Texas.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) OR Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Board Certified in Urology or timely progression towards certification.
