About the Role
As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for delivering effective management courses, advising and mentoring students, and engaging in service to the college community. You will also be expected to conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on experiential and innovative teaching approaches.
About You
Required:
- Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution or equivalent.
- Portfolio of teaching or industry experience with a teaching philosophy conducive to effective management education.
- Evidence of scholarly achievement and commitment to high-quality empirical research.
Preferred:
- Interest or specialization in supply chain management, purchasing and procurement, operations management, or related topics.
- Experience or capability to develop new courses and programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
